I think, it’s really difficult to determine the exact flow of money; since it’s a decentralized market!

As a newcomer it is more appropriate to use major currency in demo account to see the performance how it works. This approach increase trading performance very rapidly .

you can use moving average on h1 h4 time frame it can be 50 100 200 or
the standard rsi

this is depend on your strategy if you are newbie just start with eurusd , gbpusd , usdcad ,audusd

Did you usually finding flow of money in overall market? I think there will be some ways to do that…

Of course! There have so many ways to do so! For
indentifying the market trend I use all of Price Action patterns; besides I use
trend line and horizontal line for determining the support & resistance
levels of the market.

You should judge by the stat. A good strategy can show it very well.
