Hey!
I got a question for you guys… How do you withdraw money from your account?
Ones every month?
Ones every week?
How much?
50% of the monthly profit?
10% of your total balance every month?
Just curious

Every day :36:
First there must be a profit so that you have something to withdraw. Having profits is the difficult part.
Would depend if you need the profits because you are living off your forex trading or not.
Personally I keep all profit in my account and let it roll. There is nothing more powerful in this universe than compounded interest/returns and I do not need the money I am making as I have a job besides my forex trading.
I would not start to consider withdrawing money from my forex account until I could do so without is materially effecting my ability to grow my account.
Will give you an example.
Lets make the assumption you can conservatively make 30% return on your account a year.
You have 100k in your forex account and you decide to withdraw 50k to buy a new car.
You now only have 50k in your account.
5 years later you would have abt 185k in your account (you would have significantly less as I did not deduct taxes).
If you had waited 5 years to withdraw the 50k to buy the new car you would instead have had 371k in your account - the 50k for the car so 321k.
My point is if you want your account to grow and you do not need the money to live off etc I would HIGHLY suggest you do not withdraw money until your account reaches such a size as it would not have a significant impact.
Hope that makes sense.
That’s an individual choice. I think you should not withdraw money unless you have to. Most do not make enough to even think about withdrawing, but those who do are best advised to grow their accounts first until it reaches a certain level where the profits earned per trade are not just a few bucks here and there.
I hardly withdraw money from my trading account .And money i make i use to trade more so as to increase my profit. To me for account to grow withdrawal is not all that necessary. Though is individual preferences.
Reinvest 50% every month. The rest goes for living. In case of negative event always have “airbag” of savings to fill up account…
I don’t agree with filling up account again with your pocket money. Even if you face a draw down, you should recover it with your profits not from your pocket.
I’m not withdrawing anything at the moment due to the fact that I didn’t have a backup plan for a Black Thursday, but my plan for future withdrawals I have a picture of 30% for living, 30% to a back up acount if anything should happen, and 40% of the profit left to my tradingaccount each month.
