How does TradingView calculate daily open and close values?

The daily open and close prices on TradingView seem to stay the same regardless of what timezone I set. And they don’t seem to match values at 08:00 and 16:00, or 00:00 and 24:00.

Please, does anyone know how these daily open and close values are calculated on TradingView?
