$50 is the right risk exposure on the 25K account, IMO. I trade both NY and Asia, and I have to tell you, it’s been difficult lately. Lots of quick reversals, maybe due to tapered summer liquidity, IDK.
My three trades cost me near $50 in total as I am just at the beginning and in no hurry, in that I have to make $1,500, before losing $1,250. So I’m taking it easy, and as good fortune would have it, I made $15.50 less commission on the fourth trade by being as careful. I got the T/P candle and S/L spot on which held good on a few small candle reversals on the way.
I was pleased that my strategy worked well. Once I (aim to) make $200 as starters, I’ll gradually increase the risk exposure.
