How long usually a trend stay on high TF

This is another very important question.

But first, I’am talking about long terme trade only. So, daily, 4 hours and 1 hours trend. So the question is:

[B]How long usually does a trend stay?[/B]

Looking at the trend, I very often think it could be stop right there and reverse… And Im right to think so because of the price pattern, the fib and the pivot level, but then, no, it goes on.

Trend, on higher time frame do not seem to act the same way compare to the lower time frame. So what’s the difference? How can we know where the high time frame trend is going to end and reverse?

Any suggestion? I would appreciate more [U]expertise [/U]than [U]simple opinions[/U] here…

Your looking for a hard answer to a soft question, but that’s just my simple opinion.

It’ll stay in the trend until it reverses. So your question should best be suited as to how can one spot a trend reversal. On larger timeframes, it doesn’t get any easier than learning trend reversing candlestick patterns.
