how much i would earn with a trade on eurusd lot 0.1 leverage 1:500 take profit 15 pip stop loss 29 pip?

At TP of 15 pips with 0.1 lot size you earn $1.5 and at SL of 29pips you lose $-2.9. not a good risk management practice if you ask me.
for a 1000$ balance that will made 15$ of profit and 29$ of lose ?
