How to find the avarage pips change for candles?

Hello,

Is there any way to find the avarage pips change for the latest 100 4H candles?
Or an easy way to find pips change on each candle instead of calucating Open and Close?
Using MT4

I suppose you could plot 100 candles, and then draw support and resistance lines around the bodies of the candles. You can then draw a line between the high and the low and get a pretty good idea.

Alternatively, you could using the ATR indicator, set to 100, on the 4H chart.
