If you are serious about live news data one of the best value is MetaStock Xenith which you should be able to get for US$100/ first 3 months then $100/ month thereafter. If you are interested in MetaStock Xenith the Traders4Traders YouTube channel has good information about it and most days they have market update videos to learn from professional ex bank trader with many years of trading experience.

forexlive in twitter feed is very fast, when I was in the bank we tested it with Bloomberg and sometimes it was even faster! of course its free in twitter

They send out a daily email link for google drive.
