How to make hedging 3 lvl?

hello everybody…
i want make ea open buy and sell pending if price down 15 point from buy position…
example:

  1. buy at price 1.4060
  2. sell pending at 1.4045
  3. sell pending at 1.4030
  4. sell pending at 1.4015

how to make like that?
