How to predict where the interest rate of a country will go?

Hi,

I am still new to trading (± 5 months) . I am doing OK so far but, i have only been using technical analysis (fibonachi, moving averages, Eliot waves …).
I it a bit hard to use fundamental analysis, i guess.

I will start with what i think is the most important question:
How do you predict where the interest rate of a country will go?
