this website must send traffic ( visitors for the new websites) by order …
and i made the order and paid the cost …but i get nothing when i checked my website traffic accounter!!!
and when i wrote to the website and paypal about this problem no body answer…
so who can tel me how and where i can make the right claim aginist him ?

… and since you came back, what we don’t understand is WHY you are asking about how to fix your problem regarding “website traffic generation” on a “forex trading forum”… like how does that relate here 
teriakoo, you are lost … this is not the place to be … try googling “website promotion scams” to find some assistance.
Is your counter a free counter. If so, those things don’t work for $h… . Check your server logs and http_referrer. The guys may be legit. If not, use the paypal complaint form. Don’t just send them an email.
