can make a withdrawal with open positions still running but hedged?

because i am hedged i margin level is gone because i have the same buys as sell so withdrawing my full balance should be possible this way i can keep my profit and my full balance then i will be open positions get stopped out and re-deposit

btw i make money by close in profit hedge postions and re entering the same positions until make level reach a percentage which i cant be stopped on and withdraw and whole balance and let the remaining because get stopped

will this be possible?
