Not really “new” here but just trying to figure out why I can’t post on a thread I used to be an active in. Says I can’t post more than 5 posts because I am “new” even though my account is a few years old. Maybe posting around will help alleviate the problem.

I’m not sure about this, but I experienced this problem when I was starting out. 
I guess you have to have a certain number of posts before “leveling up” from the new user level? 
I just started posting daily and I suddenly didn’t have that problem.
