yeah… agreed

I’ve never been called a bot before
and what makes it funnier is this

When i get onto a chat of some sort that i don’t trust and i suspect that are an automated responder.
i ask the following questions

are you a robot ?
if they answer yes

i say, what’s your favourite colour
they usually can’t answer, but if they do

i ask, what’s your favourite movie
then i get the answer

then i say, in that movie (the lead actor/actress) what are their eyes

i ask this question like this so i purposely don’t use the word COLOUR of eyes,
it quickly weeds out bots

so, i’ve asked people many times to prove they are not a bot

NOW I’M BEING CALLED A BOT hehe ahhh, funny stuff, huh

@falstaff
yes i did
i’m going to keep practicing this for a while , see how it goes
so far, i have achieved BOT STATUS and i don’t even get a badge for it :stuck_out_tongue: SUX

why do you guys hate bots so much #BOTSLIVESMATTER

Start with the Babypips education. Go through it, take notes, memorize it. Read it again if you don’t understand something. If you’d still like to trade, then I’d recommend you to check Forex4noobs and Tradimo websites to learn more, refresh your knowledge. In the meanwhile you could open a demo account (after researching about how to find a reputable and good broker) then practice until you’re confident about your trading strategy and style. Then you can go live! Keep in mind that emotions will hit you hard when you go live for the first time, so be careful! Good luck.

I think it would be a good thing to think about some personal broad general trading parameters before you dive into the vast, murky oceans of forex You-tubes. There are many, many ways of trading and those videos etc cover a vast range of possibilities and with varying degrees of authenticity and value.

For example, you could first consider:

  • how much capital I can/want to risk
  • what kind of timeframe suits me best - day-trading, positional, etc
  • how many Instruments do I want to trade - specialise in a few, create a portfolio of many
  • how much do I want to trade on technical analysis and how much on fundamentals
  • Do I want my TA to concentrate primarily on price action or indicators
  • what kind of risk/reward suits my intended trading style

By pre-defining these kinds of parameters it will help you search for and select training material in an organised and rational manner and avoiding randomly jumping from one thing to another.

Then you can put the theoretical lessons into practical sessions by applying them in a demo account and documenting and analysing the results - and systematically developing your approach accordingly.
