Helloooo. Here’s a thread discussing brokers outside the US so there might be one from Africa. I think they mentioned Turnkey Forex as based in Mauritius so I wonder if that counts for you?

I don’t know of any so the best thing you can do is search for broker that meet your geographical criteria and then look for reviews on them here and on places like FPA.
