Hi, I am new to forex. I have heard a lot about forex for a while but felt reluctant to try it. I am here to learn, improve and perfect forex trading as a skill. There are so much to learn but I will like to take it one step at a time. I know I will need a lot of help and I look up to you all to help me through this process.

Your main aim is to protect your account at all costs. Without capital you cannot trade. Open a demo account to familiarise yourself with the platform and how it works, and practice and experiment for a few months before taking the step to a live account, which is an extreme psychological challenge for anyone.
Choose a tier one regulated broker who offers a MT4/5 demo (and live) platform which is the easiest for newbies to use.

You can use google - just type in best regulated brokers - country you live.
I use IC markets as their deposits and withdrawals are free of foreign exchange transaction costs. Recommended.
