Read Think and Grow Rich, Interview with the Devil, the work of Neville Goddard, or the work of James Allen, and you’ll start to see that before you can attain riches you need to think like a rich person.

The first step you should do is, Make your mind like rich people. Dont follow lifestyle rich people.
Follow step by step, like you have marketing skill and apply in your life, then after you get certain amount by comission marketing, choose one : You sell goods, or you sell service, marketing your selling to market

I do not see why all our learning should be on how to draw another trendline, or even how to grasp ones trading psychology
No matter what you do in life, the inner world dictates your experience of the outer world.
Such timeless wisdom gets lost particularly today when it’s all about instagram billionaires, video vixens hanging off both your arms and a pot full of bling.
I gave up on learning ‘more’ about Forex and trading years ago, and focused my efforts on the most important thing in life, the quality of our inner life.
Master that and the rest follows - often without you even caring about it.

I would like to point out that Napoleon Hill was a total scam and his books were pure fiction as proven by his, mr carnagie’s and mr ford’s biographers.
Obsession to money isn’t good for people and can be very unhealthy.
Anyways the odds of becoming rich is less than 0,1% and is mostly dictated by luck, so no one should be dissapointed if they dont end up with more money than they can spend.
Napolean Hill was an author - a great one at that. I don’t have any idea whether he was a fraud or not.
And does it even matter? He does a great job In writing Outwitting the Devil.

While I understand the ‘tough love’ approach you are adopting, and mean well, I do think that was a tad harsh.
We have no idea if Austist Trader is lazy or not, and regardless laziness is just born out of ignorance as to our true potential.
Lighten up my friend, I know the Chiang Mai air ain’t good right now, but no need to vent so.
I for one have been in the exact situation as Austist Trader, and unlike that brave person, I didn’t have the balls to reach out.

Do not lose hope in Life. There are many forex training books and youtube channels that will give you a guideline on how to make money trading forex, however they will show you what the 99% do and thus they end up losing more money than they are making. I have gone through the same struggle. BUT THERE IS still some ray of Hope to succeed in the Forex world - what the 1% do. Let me tell you how. Yes, I agree it was a harsh wake up call. If I can save him losing his money by getting him to act positively, I reckon it was worth rattling his cage.
Probably the wrong approach if he’s depressed, in which case I would seriously recommend him adopting a puppy/dog from the strays kennels. A man’s best friend, and all that…

Me too! Traying to be free for ever for a long time by trading forex but successes has eluded me. Still I am at it and hope to get there soon.
I am motivated by four quotes:
- “I’m not here to be average I’m here to be awesome”.
- “To Change your life, you need to change your priorities”.
- “Believe in yourself & you will be unstoppable”.
- “Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent”.
Work with someone you can trust and confined with - you would succeed if you have patience and willing to learn. Let go fear!
