Incorrect quiz answer

Hi… Don’t know if you’re aware of this - but here goes: In the “Preschool” quiz question #3 asks if the difference between the bid and ask price is referred to as the spread (T/F)… When I answered true is said incorrect… Not really a big deal but considering it’s one of the first few questions - you wouldn’t want someone to think you weren’t paying attention to details. Also - I haven’t looked to deeply - but are there any historical performance graphs on the Cowabunga system?
Thanks!
P.s. I have been really impressed with this site for almost a year now as an educational tool. I was too busy running my bar/restaurants to really plunge in, but now that I’ve sold them I finally got a user ID only today, I have also been an Investools student (stocks/options and fx) and I must say that I really like your free education better than the $3500 I spent on their fx class… Cheers!

Re-read the question in the quiz, using the text from below. The question is not as straight forward as it seems & you have made it.

All Forex quotes include a two-way price, the bid and ask. The bid is always lower than the ask price.

The bid is the price in which the dealer is willing to buy the base currency in exchange for the quote currency. This means the bid is the price at which you (as the trader) will sell.

The ask is the price at which the dealer will sell the base currency in exchange for the quote currency. This means the ask is the price at which you will buy.

The difference between the bid and the ask price is popularly known as the spread.

I actually knew the difference between bid and ask but I was focusing only on the last sentence. I didn’t realize it was a 3 part question… I can tell that I’ve been out of school for to many years and forgot how to take a test. Thanks for taking the time to clarify! If u ever come out to Hawaii I owe you a beer!

No problem, Babypips school quizes are not as straight forward as they may at first seem, & yep if I ever get to Hawaii I will hold you to that beer
