jcl365 my guess is that its a buggy feature , if there were only 55 guys that survived in zulu as you say i’m sure there would not be a zulu platform right now. I see a high activity of users (trading , posting comments) in zulu everyday , if only a minority of them were winning why would the majority stay in the first place?
I also believe it’s a buggy feature, it’s only strange that they don’t fix it although several people notified them about the problem on their forum.
The fact that most users are winning for some time is easily explained. It is the very characteristic of high risk systems that they generate a constant and high win rate until the eventual crash. When you backtest grid trading or martingale systems, you can see that crashes happen often after 1…2 years. Until then the system is winning and the unsuspecting follower thinks he’s found the holy grail.
The 55 surviving accounts are all older than a year. If Zulutrade would publish a list of accounts surviving 3 months or so, this list would be much bigger, no doubt.
Can we discuss this Zulu stuff in a seperate thread plz … ? :31:
Finally made an account here to show the EA. Of course the demo accounts need to run longer, but a start is a start :8:
