Is it good to invest in insurance?
Physical gold and silver should be viewed in the light of as being portfolio insurance and nothing more.
With that said, leveraged up they are totally cool to trade short term, particularly before they go parabolic which they often do
Also be very wary of the Gold bug community - as a former gold bug myself they are far to married to their opinion to know when to sell.

I would recommend focusing on what you know. If your education is in forex then focus on forex pairs. When you have mastered this, then try another market. Remember you only need one stream to be successful, think about multiple streams later, you may find you dont need them.
