By the way: what about your experience thus far has prompted you to use a daily or higher timeframe?

To answer your question regarding trading from
the daily chart and higher, my experience has
shown me that I do not have the right psychological
temperment to be trading on short timeframes. I
get too anxious and, more often than not, will close
out trades too soon. I found that trading from
the daily chart, I have, for the most part, eliminated
that anxiety. In the interim, as well, I have learned
better money management. Both have worked
together well; and now I find that I am at a place
where I am not losing money as I had been when
working on shorter timeframe charts.
I still have my initial account in tact, albeit with
less money. Nevertheless, I did not “blow up
the account” as so many traders I have
read about experience.
All that being so, I have now reached the stage
where I can forsee consistent profits.
