Is icmarkets Regulated in west African countries and by what agency ?
They didn’t mention that Nigerians aren’t allowed to trade on their site, so it is safe to say that you can, but better if you talk to their support.
I’ve seen many threads on - list of best offshore brokers and I’ve always thought why not one for the regulated brokers. Many of us around here are not comfortable going offshore, so I’ve come up with a list of brokers those I found offering the best conditions.

As far as I know, ICMarkets is regulated by CySEC, ASIC and FSA.
