Is there such a trade copier available?

Is it possible to create a demo account and have people copy trades from that demo account, even if all the accounts are from different brokers?

Also, is it possible the master account decides who can copy or not? At MQL5, you can’t stop someone else from copying you.

It would be great if there is automated revenue sharing in this copier service as well, although the first two criteria are more important.
