Japanese Finance Minister Renews Trust in U.S. Debt

Japan will continue to trust the credit of the United States Government, said the Asian country’s Finance Minister Kaoru Yosano in an interview in Tokyo today. He also renewed his belief in the U.S.’ strong-dollar stance. “We have complete trust in the fact that the U.S. views its strong-dollar policy as fundamental” hence “our trust in U.S. Treasuries is absolutely unshakable,” he said.
