Finished some of my trades!

AUDJPY +101
NZDJPY +108
CADJPY +149

Running trades:

USDJPY +78
EURJPY -53
USDCHF -3
GBPUSD -12

The yen pairs reflected what I thought in my analysis. Some of them took profits at the very high!

Nicely done!

HI, I am unable to view the your chart clearly. I try to enlarge it but it bring me to a website called image banana which did not allow me to enlarge the image. Can you indicate the entry and exit point in a visible way? Thanks!

Hi Medisoft,

Hope you are doing great. I am new here and still trying 3 Ducks Strategy.
I was watching EJ-GJ-UJ pairs today. And I hope it was on favor to go long. 125.16 for EJ long and 96.25 for UJ was my entry point. I want your comments about entry, if you are interested to co-ordinate. I am quite confused about entry point. Thank you.

I’m adding a new live account in which I that trade 3 Ducks only.

It is small, undercapitalizated account (only 50 bucks, mini account that allows nano lots), so expect to see somewhat big drawdowns until I add more equity.

I’m using 3 ducks as a filter, just like Captain said, to use it not as a trading method, but as a tool to help my trading. The 3 ducks tell me if my bias is OK or not, so I can place shorts or longs.

For entries I’m using the method explained on http://forums.babypips.com/show-me-money-swing-trading/42511-diary-position-trader.html

All the rules of that method are applied here. The only difference, that I think is my edge, is the 3 ducks filter.

I’m also looking at http://forums.babypips.com/show-me-money-swing-trading/50672-forex-portfolio-how-gain-consistent-profits-staying-market-24-7-a.html, the time frame is the same, and I’m looking to add MG method to my own trading, looking for price action when the price break the 55 days channel, and to filter the trades that does not have good price action.

I have EJ and UJ trades open, with very nice profits. UJ has about +150 pips while EJ about +30 pips.

I locked profits on UJ so I can let it run for a while :).

First page has the updated method I’m now using.

I’m going to wait until the conditions are met and then I’m going to post a trade and follow it with charts while it is running. I think I’m going to repeat this frequently because it will help me following my rules and showing live action.

I read on Mastergunner99 thread that it is easy to show a finished chart and how it could be traded, but it is a different history to do the same on a live chart, so I want to meet the challenge and make a live trade and post it here, step by step!

Yes. You are right. Live chart and trading plans are more difficult.

I have Donchain channel indicator, but it includes some fibo levels. How can I add another period there. Can you share which you are using. Thank you.

This is a trade that I’m monitoring. As I wrote, I will follow it, but if it fails to enter because the ducks gets unaligned, I will change it for another one.

Just add the indicator twice  and put different number of bars on each one

Right. Added a little while ago. Thanks.

The NZDUSD trade is still valid, but it is still waiting for the entry signal  Some of my open trades are mounting profits, one is near to the target, I hope it reach the target today

The NZDUSD trade is active and running, a huge 1 hour bar of 86 pips that broke the previous low started my trade.

This is the chart.

I spotted a possible long trade on USDCHF with the ducks aligned, entry at 0.95308 stop at 1.94261 with about 104 pip stop loss and a target of about 300 pips.

Interesting buy trade on EURNZD at 1.58413 if the current hourly bar closes above that point, with a stop of 181 pips

If the EURUSD closes below 1.29625 it is a short for me, with stop of 114 pips

So far, the kiwi us running, it is still wondering if work for me or not, but other trades are better. AUDUSD with +38 pips, EURAUD +139 pips, GBPAUD +97 pips

AUDJPY +5 pips, NZDUSD +2 pips, and GBPUSD -15 pips.

Well, the NZDUSD trade failed.
