Hi Zach, welcome to the community! Learning is an important part of your trading journey. If you want to make sure that you don’t lose unnecessarily in the market, you must practise well so that you don’t make wrong decisions in the market that can make you lose unnecessarily.
When I started to trade forex, I was not very sure about doing it. But when I went live with my brokers, I saw numerous opportunities that the market offers. I learnt risk management and money management skills and learnt to prevent losses.
Forex won’t be a 9-5 job but yes it’ll take a lot of hours from your day to earn, practice and trade. Be prepared to work hard but before everything else, be prepared to spend a lot of your time understanding the fundamentals of the trade.
