i’m extremely new to this and after going through the 5th grade in the pip school, i want to know where is the best place for me to go to start learning chart software

Metatrader4 (MT4) has excellent charts. They are like the ones you get with a large account but you can use these on a demo and they have a help window that will explain everything to you. You can find it at fxdd.com or strategybuilderfx.com if you want to use a micro account.

Demo MT4 from any broker, for example from Hotforex. Also check TradingView and MyFxbook, they helped me a lot when I was a newbie.

Babypips then some online ebook whilst install MT4 to practice. You also need to learn about the chart (very basic but important).
