London and New York open times or 'Killzones'

I am more confused now? When are the London and New York kill zones?

I know The trading Floor teach they are 02:00 - 5:00 New York Time LONDON killzone
and 07:00 - 10:00 New York Time NEW YORK killzone
So you are saying that that would normally be (and now are)
7 am to 10 am LONDON
and
12 pm to 3 pm NEW YORK in London or is it from 8am and 1pm respectively?

I think it must be from 8 am and 1pm London Time for 3 hours, the kill zones normally.

But always stick to the London and New York open!

Having read the other posts and I have been corrected, My guess is

7am to 10am London Time and
12 midday to 3pm London Time normally.

But always one hour before each local open?

New York operates 5 hours behind London normally.
