Lots of people complaining they haven’t received theirs yet. 
Are they only using specific exchanges?
There’s a good amount. You’ll notice that Coinbase is not one of them.

And i just checked my Gate.io account, which has a small balance of Luna Classic (acquired post-attack). And I don’t see any Luna 2.0. So either I’m not eligible or they haven’t distributed to post-attack holders or Gate.io hasn’t distributed to post-attack holders.
I’m honestly not expecting anything back.
