MACD Histogram with Alerts - Help

I currently have a trading plan that i need help with setting up with audible alerts. I currently use Marketscope 2.0 for my data using FXCM. What I wanted was an audible alert for a MACD Histogram when the value is equal to or greater than 0.00060 (plus the opposite as in -0.00060) in the 5 minute period. Obviously Marketscope 2.0 cant do this but can MT4?

The other question is why do Marketscope and MT4 differ in values? I have downloaded several MACD Histograms and they never match up with the values for Marketscope 2.0
