MetaTrader not Connecting to Servers

Hi All,

Im having a major problem.
I opened my meta trader today to watch the market since it opened and its not working. It wont connect to the server i have a demo account with.
So I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it still didnt work.

I uninstalled it and installed another broker’s version and it still doesnt work.
I uninstalled that one and tried yet another brokers and that doesnt work either.

It seems to be connected down on the lower right hand corner and im getting pings, but when i click tools options then test the data center it says its not connected.

The charts arent updating either they are stuck on Close of the market on Friday.

This is really aggravating, im worried theres something wrong with my computer which is hard to believe, but this was working great on friday.

I have tried.
Alpari
IBFX
and Lite Forex, all do not work.

Also i have an account with FXclub and using Rumus it connects to the market and works, so I know its MT4.
So my question is has anybody had this problem and how do i fix this?

Weird, so these brokers open and close at different times.
Shouldnt they all open at the same time ? :slight_smile:

This could be the problem, its possible these other ones are not open yet, and i thought about that.

Is there a broker that follows the regular market hours all the time?
Ill wait til 6 and see what happens with them, i was thinking that was the problem.

But that sucks to have to wait 2 hours.

Looks like its my Alpari connection thats not working, the other ones are working. Their website says it opens at 1800 EST on Sundays. Apparently not today.
