IE, when this EMA crosses that and they’re both above the price and the RSI is below 50 and so on, execute a short?
Yes it can do what you want. There is a programming language called MQL4 for coders to create Expert Advisors (EA). Non coders can find EA builders on the web. There are several free ones on this forum plus MT5 offers one.
