MT4 charting question

Does anyone know how to view areas above (or below) the areas of the chart that are cut off. MT4 seems to only allow you to view a certain distance above or below the high and low. I know that you can pull out and see more but it becomes impossible to chart or draw because the area of interest becomes too small to see.

you can drag the current price bar on the edge

right click on the chart and then properties, then check the ‘scale fix’ box. then you can click on the chart and drag it up and down. I had mine set that way for a while but eventually went back to the default.
