I’ve downloaded MetaTrader4 IOS Demo onto my tablet. I want to try to identify the patterns that I’ve learned in the Elementary section of the course.

It appears that I also need a demo account with a broker.

Am I seeing this correctly?

You can create a demo account with MetaQuotes (developer of MT4). MetaQuotes isn’t a broker but they still allow you to practice on MT4. The demo account will expire but it costs nothing to create a new one.

Thanks for the insanely quick response!

Would this be an MT5 Demo account? I can access that. But nothing for “MetaQuotes” specifically.

Go to Manage Accounts and click the ’ + ’ in the upper right corner. It will bring you to this screen

Click Open a Demo Account

And search for MetaQuotes-Demo if it doesn’t show automatically

This is how is shows on Android, so I don’t know if it looks the same on iOS.
