Hello to everyone, i am a newbie on forex trading and i just bought an autorobot forex software (Pipsminer). i have done all installation necessary. I was told that after all installation, it will start trading automatically. But for the past two day it has not open any trade position… is something wrong or do i have to still be patience…? I am not an active trader…
Please i need your advice…

I don’t know this EA but i am thinking you have to wait. it depends on what startegy it uses and is programmed into it. if you think something is wrong. look at the experts tab and see if there some erros coming up like if it’s trying tot put on a trade but can’t.
that’s all the advice I can offer as i don’t deal with commercial products in forex at all.
Look if you are not able to contact the support team of this EA (if it is a commercial one) or the programmer who create it, how can you expect any one else could help you ? Or you find a way to know the EA code, and share it so we could see and tell you what is wrong, or you find a way to contact its programmer or you just drop it ! And do a fresh start by learning manual trading

Well, i did install it as instructed. The problem was that i was not patient enough. if you did install yours very well, may be you can give it some time and also make sure that your Meta trader 4 is on the M5 chart of Eur/Usd.
I am not exaggerating, but its really working for me.
