What is the Local time of USA EST (I am in New York).
I tried to convert the (update: 8:08 am GMT+7) to USA EST and it shows 10:08 am.
at 10:08am EST, EURUSD is Open:1.32783 High:1.32787 Low:1.32770 Close:1.32771.

I’ve come to the conclusion, these posts work between 8pm and 9am Your time. I’m in Arizona. So for me it’s 6pm and 7am.
To back this theory I’ve read a lot of posts within this thread, plotted the prices and times with different times. The time frame above work the best. This morning I made another nice profit, I sold at 1.32750. I should have used a trailing stop with 10 pip but I’m still new to forex.
However, I would like to hear from James regrading his actual time predictions.

If you are in NY area then you should subtract his time of post by 12,
so lets say he posted at ‘8:08AM’ then it will be ‘negative 12 hours’ that means it is 8:08 pm
since NY is ‘-5’ and indonisia is '+7" makes up to 12 hour difference between james place and NY
