If the price already reach the signal , you can make an order at that time but if the price already passed so do not use the signal, and if the price has not reach the signal you can make pending order by setting the open price according to signal

You can set it as pending order and let it go all day BUT only for the first order. If the first order does not enter the market, do not put the second order.
