Hi Ben,
I hope things are going well. You’ve done a nice job of documenting your progress. In a few short weeks you’ll be at the one year mark since you first started this journal. I remember months ago you posted that yourreturn to date was around 27% I believe which I was very excited for you. Now that it has been close to a year, how has your annual return faired?

Thanks for your message, and the kind comments.
It’s hard for me to say what my return is because I’ve dabbled with scalping and that has messed up my stats significantly - my advice on that would be to have a separate account, I wish I had done that now.
My best guess would be 18 to 20% approx - I was hovering around that mark up until a few months ago anyway. My style has changed quite a bit in that time, but I’m enjoying learning - that’s the main thing.
My hope is to see gradual improvement now, but you never know - as a newbie, just when you think you ‘get it’ the markets change. All part of the process I’m sure. How are you getting on? Are you a novice or is this an easy game for you?

I’m still testing indicators and trying to put together an algorithm and give the NNFX system a try. My daughter was recently born so I’ve had less time for testing, but I’m trying to get back into it.
