The alter ego is Anomalous , due to the way I have always carried myself. (I’ll let you work that out)
I’m from the 
and am a newbie when it comes to trading physically for myself. My background is that I have worked in the Deliverable FX market and Banking (Director) since 2010. Always been client facing at senior mangement (CFO’s, FD, CEO) level with companies up to FTSE 100 turnover space.
The reason for joining the BabyPips community is that I have a love FX and have made good money through it in my career in the form of bonus etc. I did not enjoy corporate life and always wanted start my own business in FX full time and now is the right time in my life to do so and I am 100%. When researching to start on my own I was overwhelmed by the number of companies/brokers/traders offering quick rich schemes and courses for huge sums of money preying on vulnerable individuals. All I wanted was to get in contact with professionals/mentors that give me a solid foundation to build a business from ground up no short cuts. I have worked hand in hand with traders who are fundementally are execution only. My experience client facing has given me good knowledge of fundemental and sentimental analysis. Where my knowledge is lacking (non-existent), is the technical side of using charts, historical trends and charting tools to marry up the three principle trading pillars. Also the fact that I have never trading my own money (physiology and discipline side which is key) hence I was recommended to do the BabyPips beginners course via coming across Forex factory forum.
While researching I was shocked when I sat in a seminar held by Greg Secker’s company Learn2trade offering a two day course at his Trading floor in London costing £2000 (special offer down from £7000 normally only for today!) and then given their platform, taught 3 strategies, two coaching sessions and then left to your devises. What was interesting when speaking the majority of people in the room was they had no experience at all in FX and we’re happily handing over their hard earned money.
I have completed pre-school and kindergarten today and it was good to brush up and also learn about the way best to take many baby steps before bull running live!
My plan is to as concentrate at demo level until I am 100% comfortable with Risk Managment, Strategies and Disclipline are all clicking before going live. During this period I am hoping to befriend as many seasoned traders, newbies and hopefully find a great mentor that can guide me through this very important first phase of my 5 year plan to become a consistently profitable trader and build my own FX fund.
