Hi. My name is Stan and I am old guy who has decided to show an interest in the markets. I am retired and want to explore the the financial system to make a little extra income and also as a hobby. Hi Stan. While you have a wonderful lifestyle, treating FX trading as a hobby would not be an easy way to make money, while you treat it as a bit of fun. To become profitable can be months if not years of hard work learning specialist skills - it may be simple but as 90% of newbies find out, a long chalk from being easy.
Best tip I can give you is to keep risk exposure low and protect your capital all the time. Then you have bettered your odds of succeeding. Gamble, and you’ll likely lose the lot.
