This my second post, so I thought I’d introduce myself. I’m Jack and I have been trading Forex for almost 7 years now but am brand new to EA’s. Til now I have been subscribing to various trade signals software and systems. I have had great success up til now but it’s time for change and I’m looking for new strategies. EAs are popular and I’m just beginning to learn more about them and which ones to try out. Seems like a lot of the websites that offer them are very scammy and they promise the world to you, so I’m not sure which to believe.
Seems a popular one is FAPTURBO. Is this legit? Which others should I try out? Is it worth the money? I’m sure there’s a wealth of info on this forum so I’ll continue reading. Any quickstart tips would be appreciated however.
I agree, I think most are scams. I tried FAP Turbo and it didn’t work for me at all - got my money back. Also Forex Mercenary doesn’t work either. Don’t forget to try the Cowabunga EA - its available on this site. You could also open a demo a/c with FXCM where you can use more robots than you can count for free.
I’M satish.I’M new to this forex trading.I would like to open an forex account.Initially i want to invest small amount around 1000 bucks. Can u let me know what all are the things to know before starting trading.
I am using an expert advisor called support and resistance from investija.com, I did try other EAs, but most of them didn’t work, if it worked it didn’t work for many days lol:)) So far this support and resistance brings me good results, not trading live yet, but soon I will try. The difference among other EAs is that the real traders are controling support and resistance, so it is not automatic. This is why I am trying it.
I’m an active forex trader and a professional expert advisor developer since 2005. In my experiences, 99% of Commercial EAs on INTERNET are scam. They just SELLing DREAMS
I’ve been developing more than 2000 custom EA from scratch so far and only few of them are profitable. :o
I totally agree with you! You can’t simply calculate mathematically the market where psychology does a lot here. I believe more in psychology, and Expert Advisor which one is doing automatic trades - I DONT believe in them.
If a news comes out, 50% thinks that this is good and they go long, another 50% think it is bad, they go short. so how news can effect the market? it is just psychology how traders act to the news:)
Thanks for a reply. I am using at the moment one Expert Advisor, it is only been released this year. You can search in google for “investija expert advisor”. It is not an automatic trading EA - I dont need automatic things. It is related more with psychology barriers including support and resistance levels. Also their support is great, I will stick to them for longer time and see how they provide help for longer time.
Support and Resistance levels are my key to success.
It is providing technical analysis and market comments with buy/sell alerts, draws support/resistance significant levels. It is a tool that helps me to trade and understand the market movements. I want to grasp Forex movements, thats why I am using it. And step by step i am succesfully doing it:)
Luckily i didn’t buy the FAPTurbo, sounds good but ermm, we never know, some people says ‘if it is so good, then why should they wasting their time to promote’…Just my 1 cent comment!
FAP works but its indicator based so it need constant optimizing. To keep it working you need to search the web for groups that trade with it and test setting. - Try: donnaforex.com/forum/index.php?topic=24.2115
