Hello there,
My name is Tekee and I’m new to forex. I’ve read the school sections and have been viewing charts of a few currencies to see the differ volatility, learning how to maneuver around Meta trader 4, etc. Now Im interested in the actual trading portion. I have a demo & live acct. The problem is Im not knowing when to go in the trades so I haven’t practiced yet. Do you have any suggestions as to getting comfortable with trading (knowing when and why you’ve made the trade)?
Hello Tekee, welcome to our forex community! Glad to know you’re finished our School and getting ready for live trading. I think getting comfortable with trading has a lot to do with practice and screen time, as these would give you that feeling of being in sync with the markets and getting used to taking risks. If you’re trying out a new strategy, put in some trades through a demo account first before taking those on a live account.
Sweet, you have chosen the right place and I am glad to have you here, Tekee. Pick up a strategy, stick to it and don’t you think its too early to jump into live trades? I suggest practicing trades in demo account and be sure to look this forums threads on strategies you are interested in. Feel free to ask your questions here too, or start a new thread in other relevant sections if needed. Have you chosen the trading pair yet… ?
