If I can tell you any advice, start a journal. Everyday, write something in it. EVERY SINGLE DAY, starting TODAY. Make this a subconcious task each and every day. Trust me on this. You dont know where your going, till you KNOW where you came from. Learn from mistakes, reflect on them, try tomorrow to get better at your list of " Bad Habits".
This is the most important thing you’ll ever be told.
SELF DISCIPLINE,
and you start by writing in a journal, PAPER JOURNAL.
I know it seems cruel for me to tell you this AL, but listen closely, NO ONE is going to give you the silver spoon, if there was one. I [personally, have a gold spoon, and I cant tell you or anyone, my edge, my system, my methodology.
Many sweat and tears put into my career, 7 years almost, EVERY SINGLE DAY, busting the charts, taking notes, watching webinars, watching Youtube videos, creating my own Expert advisors, ( Robots to trade for you), which ultimately taught me every single indicator on MT4.
10s of thousands of hours of screen time, sacrificed family time, friend time, recreational activities, parties, picnics, sleep, you name it.
I took 1 day off, XMAS, that was it. Tested my systems slowly thru strat tester on MT4, had 30 notebooks full of notes, drawings, number crunching.
PRACTICE< PRACTICE PRACTICE.
PRACTICE TO BE RIGHT, WORK ON ENTRY, DONT MOVE STOPS, STICK TO YOUR PLAN, BUILD A DAILY ROUTINE, LIKE A MACHINE, FOLLOW IT TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY.
If you want to be different then the other 96%, You have to think different, practice different, attack different,
You have to be relentless, Never let off the gas pedal, never stop, never quit.

My advice would be to study at the school here, take all the quizzes so you can see how much you really understood.
Open either a demo or small account and practice some of the simpler strategies on here, I’m thinking of the 3 ducks system or ribbon methods both of which have good threads here and have worked successfully for years.

Forgot to mention, take a look at the Maryo Cairo charts thread. Even if you don’t follow his signals, you can learn by following his thread and seeing how he picks setups. The only drawback is he speaks little English so you cant really ask a bunch of questions
I concur with Carlos Ray’s advice – go through the Babypips School of Pipsology. Go through it in detail and try to practice what you’ve learned. It’s a great foundation for any Forex trading education you will get in the future.
Babypips School is the best place to learn. Firstly, focus on learning and understanding the basic concepts. Here you can ask as many questions and all your queries will be answered well. Just be patient and invest time learning FOREX.
