However much you learn, there’s no guarantee of making money, ever - otherwise if it was that easy, we’d all be millionaires.

Welcome to the community, @wmmiles. Just be patient as you go through the learning process. Then open a demo account when you feel ready so that you won’t lose money as you practice trading.
