i am Kimsley a 23 year old trader from South Africa ,been doing trading since 2017 and i have not had mentorship or even a community of like minded people in trading been struggling with consistency for the past couple of years , i work a really frustrating 9- 5 merchandising work and i am about to have a kid soon i really want to invest my time in the proper kind of knowledge so that i can at least be able to spend more time with my kid and provide solely for him ,give him what my parents could not give me , really happy to be part of this community and i hope i can learn and make good working relationship with other traders from different places .

Welcome Kimsley, what a great introduction. So good to hear you want to provide for your family and have a good work/life balance. Trading definitely allows for that. My best tip for you is to always use good risk management, never trade without a stop loss and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

pardon my very late replies work has been keeping me really busy these days , and thank you for these trading tips but i do not think that is the case because i have practiced the habit of risk management ,my problem is more of consistency i cannot seem to find my consistency .
i have definitely been putting the work on that , learned a few things about correlations that i have not been aware of
