Hi everyone,I am nkululeko from south africa.fistly I like to thanks those guys who create a nice site,its help mi a lot.since I had been lookng for forex almost five years back,lucky I find guy who help mi with babypips web site,oh wat a nice site,I learned at babypip nd I hv three month doing demo at FXCM.I am still learning some other skills on demo nd still learn again on babypip cos I wnt to be best on forex.my demo on FXCM its starting to give mi problem any help cos I try to contact customer service but they need screenshot to fix for mi.mi dnt know how to use screen shot plz anyone help

Hi Nkululeko, U can download the spinning tool for free in the internet, and take a screen shot which you can then send back to them. hope this helps

Welcome to BabyPips!

I’m FXCM’s representative here on the forums. You can take a screenshot by hitting the print screen (PrtScn) button on your computer. Then you can paste (ctrl+v) this image into the Paint program and save it as a .JPG file.

You can then attach the image to a post here on the forum, so I can take a look, or email it to <[email protected]> for help from my colleagues in our 24-hour live customer support.
