Hello all, I am here to learn and get a full understating of Forex trading.To be honest, I have in the past dabbled with a “group” who for a monthly fee would give a PDF of the basics of FOREX trading and call out signals to follow. In no way was educational or structured in a way to succeed. I keep that group very quickly. I thinker’s time I try to get my fat wet again with Forex. My ultimate goal is to replace my income so I could free up my time and do more. I do know by no means will this goal be reached overnight and could be years. But I am wiling to learn and work through the process to get there.
Welcome. I suggest you change your mindset Forex goal as NOT TO LOSE MONEY. Which is the only way to become consistently profitable over time.
Forex trading is speculative with gains and losses at intervals - never, ever, an alternative income stream. Experience is key.

Whatever the strategy we follow we need to discipline in using it. For example, today my strategy not giving any set up or even of set up is there but SL is big, in that case I will not open trade. Not opening a trade and waiting for it comes under self discipline. It’s very important.

Absolutely, I completely agree. I will make my goal just that.
That is what aspire to gain is the knowledge and more so the discipline to know when to enter and when to get out.
It’s good to have you here. I am sure that you know that you will have to do a lot of hard work in the market to make your trades work for you. At the same time, you must also be prepared for the losses because your trading career is incomplete without losses.
It’s not easy to master forex trading skills. It takes years for people to reach where they want to. Focus on learning from everything you come across and make the most of it.
