Hello Pippo/Niko, i paid for premium subscription, but my account hasn’t been updated for premium membership

Thanks for reaching out! Upon checking, it seems that your account has been updated so you should now have access to all Premium features. Sometimes it helps to refresh the page or log out and back in if things aren’t showing up right away.

If you’re still not seeing Premium access after that, feel free to let us know. We’ll be happy to take another look!

Already log out and log back in, but still the same, tried to refresh the page, still the same, i can’t acces the premium membership
