Hi, am not sure if this is the right place. But i have been looking and trying out EAs that would allow me to scale out of my trade either using a percentage or predefined levels, move my initial SL or any combination of the above!
i have tried these with alpari MT4 demo account and they return an error every time my conditions are met.

i feel i cant go live without an EA that would allow me to manage my trades!
Well I suppose you have two choices. You can try to track down the author of the EAs that you mentioned and ask for a fix. But unless the code was written recently (say last 2 years), the person may have moved on to other interests.
Your other option is to try to build the EA yourself. There are tools available and some are free that allow you to build a simple EA just by clicking on boxes to select the options you want. Some people really like to use these tools. I think there have been several threads on the topic here, but a Google search for “MT4 EA builder” will get you started.
