The majority of traders use New York close for pivot calculations, so that is what I want to use, and stick with the majority.
BabyPips described amazingly how to plot fibonacci drawings; please refer to the school. You can draw fibonacci from a clear swing high to a clear swing low and vice versa. Every trader still has his own preference in drawing them, but the majority of traders use the longer-term swing lows / swing highs to draw them.
